What's the pricing structure?: └Custom per-account rates negotiated to your usage and scale. Most enterprise contracts include volume-based discounts on the public ladder. We work in Metronome on the backend, so any structure is technically possible (flat-fee tiers, hybrid usage, dedicated capacity, etc.).
How does payment work?: └Postpaid invoicing. Net-30 by default; net-60 available on request for established customers. Card on file or wire, whichever your AP team prefers.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?: └Yes. SAML and OIDC single sign-on with any identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and others), with self-serve setup for your IT admin, plus SCIM provisioning. MFA and conditional-access policies are enforced by your identity provider on every login. Both are enabled per organization on enterprise contracts. Mention your identity provider in the form and we'll include it in your rollout.
Where is data stored?: └Primary infrastructure is in the US (Vercel and MongoDB Atlas).
Do you have a SOC 2 report and GDPR documentation?: └Yes, both are accessible via our trust portal at trust.zernio.com.
